Ask RowFold & AI tools — Tell it what your words mean

An admin can give Ask a short note about how this workspace talks — Revenue means Amount minus Refunds, We call them jobs, not projects, Ignore the Archive table unless I ask. It lives in Settings, under What the AI should know about your workspace, holds up to 2,000 characters, and applies to every member's questions and to Build with AI from the next message on. It is vocabulary, not permission. Nothing written there can open a table or a field to somebody who can't see it, and an instruction to ignore the rules is itself ignored. It is written by a person rather than learned, so it is something you can read and correct.
