Compliance — Subprocessors

The third parties that can process customer data in the course of running RowFold: • Microsoft Azure. Purpose: Hosting, database, file storage. Data involved: All workspace content. • Anthropic. Purpose: AI features, per request. Data involved: Only the data relevant to the request you made. • Stripe. Purpose: Billing. Data involved: Billing contact and payment details — never RowFold workspace content. • Mailchimp Transactional. Purpose: Transactional email. Data involved: Recipient address and message content. • Twilio. Purpose: Text messages — booking confirmations and reminders, and automations that send SMS. Data involved: Recipient phone number and message content. AI calls are made per request and your content is not used to train general-purpose models. We will update this list before adding a new category of subprocessor.
