Dashboards — Good to know

• Changes aren't saved until Save dashboard; leaving the page or clicking Cancel discards the whole editing session. • Generate with AI replaces the current layout rather than adding to it — Cancel undoes it. • An ad-hoc Build a metric tile aggregates one table's own fields; to combine related records across tables, use a saved report instead. • The Range filter only affects tiles built on a date (a date grouping, or a KPI trend) — every other tile ignores it. • Only one dashboard per workspace can be the Workspace Home; setting a new one silently unsets the previous. • Deleting a dashboard is permanent and limited to its owner or a workspace admin — the records in your tables are untouched. • A tile built on a saved report is never cross-filtered. That's deliberate: the report carries its own filters and period, and overruling them from a chart click would quietly rewrite a definition somebody saved elsewhere.
