Dashboards — Who can do what

• Any member of a workspace can create a dashboard, and the creator owns it. • Viewing follows the board's visibility: workspace boards are open to every member; private boards only to the owner, people it's shared with, and workspace admins. • Editing a board requires being its owner, a workspace admin, or shared with Can edit. Changing visibility or the workspace-home flag is owner/admin only. • Tile data honours field permissions per viewer, exactly like reports: a field hidden from you never appears in a tile, and hidden numbers can't leak through a sum or average (counts still work).
