• Subject matter: Provision of the RowFold workspace platform under the Terms of Service. • Duration: The term of your subscription, plus the retention periods in section 12. • Nature & purpose: Hosting, storage, structuring, retrieval, display, transmission, backup and deletion of the content you put into your workspaces, together with the features you choose to use on it — views, reports, dashboards, automations, forms, booking pages, email and SMS sending, the public API, and optional AI assistance. • Categories of data subject: Determined by you. Typically your customers, prospects, employees, contractors, suppliers, patients or members — whoever you keep records about.
