Docs: a document inside every record — Automations, search and exports

A doc's cell holds how it starts (about its first 280 characters), and that is what filters and search in the table see. When an editing session ends, the record counts as updated: automations that watch for a change run once per session rather than on every keystroke, and a condition such as Client brief contains "urgent" tests the whole doc. The record's history shows the words that changed, with a little of the text around them. Export saves a doc as a PDF with page numbers or as a Word document. A CSV export of the table includes each doc's full text.
