Privacy — Cookies & analytics

We measure how RowFold's website and app are used, so we can see what's slow, what's confusing and where people get stuck. We do this ourselves. No analytics company, advertising network or other outside party receives this information, and it stays on RowFold's servers. On our website we count visits to each page, where each visit came from (a search engine, or a link we posted, for example), how far down the page people read, how quickly each page loaded, and which country each visit came from. We work out the country from your IP address at the moment of the visit, using a database on our own servers, then discard the address. We don't store your IP address or set a tracking cookie to do any of this. To avoid counting you twice in one day, we use a code that changes every day. If you arrive by one of our links, a cookie set by RowFold itself remembers which link it was for up to 90 days, or until you sign up, so we know which of our posts brought you.
Nothing here answered it? Ask us directly — we usually reply within one working day.
