Privacy & support access — Good to know

• Allowing a request doesn't start a visit. Support still has to start it within 24 hours, and an allowed request covers one visit only. • Switching off 7-day access stops new visits. A visit already in progress continues until it runs out or you press End it now. • Switching measurement off deletes what was already recorded about you. Switching it back on doesn't bring that back.
