Privacy & support access — How support's changes are marked

Anything support changes during a visit is labelled as support's work, not the member's. Record history shows RowFold support (name) as the member, with a RowFold mark beside it, and the audit log brackets the visit with Support access started and Support access ended entries. Support's activity doesn't count toward your AI allowance, and it doesn't count as the member using RowFold.
