Privacy & support access — What RowFold measures

RowFold records which steps you've reached (your first record, your first booking page, the first time you invited a teammate), how quickly pages load for you, what kind of device and browser you use, and which country you're connecting from. That's how we find out where people get stuck and what's slow. When something goes wrong, on RowFold's servers or in RowFold's own code in your browser, it records the error and the kind of page it happened on, with anything you typed taken out first. It works out the device and the country on its own servers, and keeps neither your browser details nor your address. It never records what you type, the names of your tables or records, or anything your customers enter into your forms, booking pages or chat. A page is recorded by its kind, such as "a table", never by which table. None of it goes to an analytics or advertising company: it stays on RowFold's servers. Individual measurements are kept for 90 days; after that only daily and weekly totals remain, linked to nobody. Section 10 of our privacy policy sets it all out.
