Privacy & support access — Who can do what

• Anyone can switch measurement off for themselves. • Only a workspace's owner or an admin can allow or decline a visit, switch 7-day access on or off, or end a visit for the workspace. • Support signs in as a member and gets that member's permissions, never more. A visit as a Viewer is always view only. • Billing, security settings, API and connection keys, data exports and account deletion are closed to support in every visit.
