Scheduler — the appointment book — Who can do what

• Anyone who can see the table can read the scheduler and filter it. • Dragging, resizing, reassigning and setting a status each need write access to that particular field — the affordance is simply absent where you do not have it. • Booking a new appointment needs create access on the table. • Changing what the view is built on, or its saved mode and colour, is an admin action on a shared view; a personal scheduler is yours to shape.
