Search, navigation & shortcuts — Good to know

• Stars live in this browser's local storage, not your account — they won't follow you to another device or browser, and clearing site data removes them. • Palette search is scoped to the active workspace; records in your other workspaces never show up in results. • The palette shows at most 8 matching records — type a longer piece of the name if yours is missing. • Grid shortcuts pause while your cursor is in a text box (the palette, quick-add, filter values), so keystrokes there never edit cells. • After drilling through related records in the peek drawer, Esc steps back one record at a time before it finally closes. • Asking a question needs an open workspace — with none active, the panel replies "Open a workspace first."
