Search, navigation & shortcuts — Who can do what

• The rail lists only workspaces you are a member of — other workspaces and their tables never appear. • New table (on the Tables page and in the New menu), the + beside the Tables label, Add first table, and the AI design and build entries appear only for workspace Admins; the server enforces the same rule. • The Admin and Admin console rail links appear only for super admins. • New record appears in the New menu only once the workspace has at least one table.
