Terms — AI features

The Service includes AI-powered features ("AI Features") that process Your Content to provide functionality such as workspace generation from a description, plain-English answers about your data, field suggestions, and import analysis. Search is not an AI Feature: it is keyword matching performed entirely within the Service. • Inputs: When you use an AI Feature, the relevant portion of Your Content is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic, via the Claude API) on a per-request basis. • Outputs: AI outputs are statistical and may be inaccurate. You should review AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions. • Training: We do not train general-purpose AI models on Your Content. We may use anonymized, aggregated metrics to improve AI Feature quality. • Reasonable use: AI Features may be rate-limited to protect the Service; abusive automated use may be restricted.
