• Editors: An editor is a user who can create or modify information in the Service — records, tables, views, reports, dashboards, automations, or workspace settings. Your editor count is the number of distinct such people across the workspaces you own, and adjusts automatically as your team changes — additions are prorated onto your next invoice, removals become prorated credit. Read-only viewers are not counted, and people who interact only through a public form or a shared inbox never become users of your account at all. • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in writing.
