Units of measure — What it looks like

This is a real RowFold grid, captured from a running instance. The weights were typed as 12.4 kg, 48 g, 6800 g and 0.62 kg; the lengths as 2.4 m, 35 mm and 2000mm. Nothing was normalised by hand first. Mixed entry, one stored unit. The header names it, every cell reads in it, and the footer totals in it. The money column is a different feature — it is in the same shot because a distributor needs both. Plain English: you type whatever unit is in front of you. The column keeps one number, in one unit, so sorting, filtering, totals, formulas and exports are all comparing like with like.
