Who picks it up — Good to know

• Routing needs the queue's owner field — the same People field the Inbox uses for Mine. If the Inbox has not adopted one, set that up first. • A team with nobody on it is handed nothing, exactly like an empty roster. The Teams page says so on the team itself. • Clearing a ticket's team does not hand it back to anybody — there is nobody named to hand it to, so its owner is left alone.
