Enterprise

Let's talk

Some organisations arrive with requirements that sit outside the product itself. That is what this is for.

  • Centralised identity administration
  • Security review and questionnaires
  • Procurement and custom agreements
  • Onboarding and migration assistance
  • Unusual scale or capacity needs

How many people will edit RowFold?

$145 / month

5 editors × $29 · unlimited viewers are free

No feature tiers

There isn't a basic RowFold and a real RowFold.

Every standard account gets the platform — the AI, the automations, the API, the permissions, the audit history. Signing in with Google or Microsoft is part of the product too, not something you upgrade to reach. Enterprise exists for organisations with requirements beyond the software, not for customers who need the software to work properly.

No complexity tax

Model the business you actually have.

We don't charge more because you added another relationship, another dashboard or another workflow. A properly modelled business — customers, orders, order items, products, transactions — holds more records than a flat spreadsheet does. You shouldn't pay a penalty for getting the structure right.

Viewers

Share what people need. Don't buy a licence so they can look at it.

Give executives access to dashboards. Let managers review reports. Share operational information across the organisation without counting heads. Read-only viewers are free, and there is no cap on them.

A viewer can

  • Open every table, view, report and dashboard your permissions allow — with hidden fields still hidden
  • Comment on records, be @mentioned, and get notified about the work they follow
  • Filter, search and sort to find what they need
  • Export what they can already see

A viewer can't

  • Create, change or delete a record
  • Add or alter tables, fields or relationships
  • Build or edit views, reports, dashboards or automations
  • Invite people or change account settings

Anyone who only needs to read and discuss is a viewer, and viewers never reach the bill — there is no number at which they start costing something. The moment someone needs to change anything, they're an editor.

Straight answers

Questions about the bill.

Is the 30-day trial the full product?

Yes. The trial exists so you can build something real — create your system, import your data, invite the people who'll use it, run automations, connect the tools you already have, and ask RowFold questions about your own records. Nothing is held back for a paid plan, because there is no paid plan with more in it.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Build first, and decide whether RowFold belongs in your business after you've used it on real work.

What happens after 30 days?

Keep what you've built by starting a RowFold account: $29/month per editor, with unlimited free read-only viewers. There is no minimum and no bundle — one editor pays $29. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends.

What counts as an editor?

Anyone who can create or change things: records, tables, views, reports, dashboards, automations, or workspace settings. Read-only viewers don't count toward the bill. Neither do people who submit a public form or write in through a shared inbox — they never get an account, so they never become a seat.

Are viewers really free?

Yes, and there's no limit on how many you have. A viewer sees exactly what your permissions allow and cannot change any of it.

Do you charge for tables, relationships or records?

No. Creating another table, another relationship, another dashboard or another workflow doesn't create another charge, and there's no per-record metering on the standard account. If you're operating at a scale where that stops being reasonable, talk to us rather than discovering it on an invoice.

Is single sign-on an upgrade?

No. Signing in with Google or Microsoft is part of every RowFold account, along with two-factor authentication and the full permission model. Security controls are not a tier.

What is Enterprise for, then?

Organisations whose requirements sit outside the product: centralised identity administration, a security review, procurement and custom agreements, migration help, or unusual scale. It is a conversation, not a larger version of RowFold. Talk to us and we'll tell you plainly what we can and can't do — /security and /compliance already list what we don't have.

Your business already has a system

It's just spread across spreadsheets, apps, and people's heads.

Bring it together in RowFold. Describe how the business works and start from the system it builds.
